Lab.19 CCNA Cara konfigurasi Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) Cisco - Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) adalah protokol distance vector yang dikembangkan oleh cisco. EIGRP merupakan pengembangan dari IGRP. Untuk mengaktifkan EIGRP, digunakan sintaks router eigrp autonomous-system atau AS number. Berbeda seperti AS Number yang IANA kelola, AS number ini merupkan singel entiti yang dikelola oleh masing-masing ISP.
AS Number berupa angka dari 1 hingga 65535. Agar setiap router dapat saling berkomunikasi, maka AS Number haruslah sama antar router untuk membuat network adjencies/saling terhubung.
EIGRP juga membutuhkan definisi router-id, sama seperti konfigurasi OSPF. Jika tidak didefinisikan, router-id akan mengambil ip address loopback, jika loopback tidak didefinisikan maka akan mengambil IP Address interface fisik yang paling tinggi.
Selanjutnya agar masing-masing router saling adjencies, diperlukan pendefinisian kepada network-network yang saling terhubung menggunakan sintaks Router(config-router)# network ipv4-network-address. EIGRP merupakan classfull network, namun jika ingin mendefinisikan lebih detail lagi, bisa menggunakan wildcard seperti OSPF. Contohnya network 192.168.10.8 0.0.0.3.
Perintah passive-interface digunakan untuk membatasi paket EIGRP disalahgunakan oleh device yang tidak ikut dalam network EIGRP, seperti end device. Dalam lab ini, menggunakan AS Number 1. IP Address pada setiap router sudah dikonfigurasi, tinggal routing nya saja. Berikut konfigurasi nya :
